HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a transparent return process that complies with global consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center guidelines.
1. THE 30-DAY ASSURANCE PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date your package was marked as “Delivered” to initiate a return or exchange. We offer this window to give you plenty of time to try on your gear and ensure the fit is perfect.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be:
- In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- With all original “Syndicate Archive” tags attached.
- Free of pet hair, smoke odors, or stains.
- Returned in original protective packaging.
OUR ERROR (FREE RETURN)
If we sent you the wrong size, wrong design, or a defective item, we take full responsibility. We will provide a prepaid return label and reship the correct item immediately, or issue a 100% refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
If the item doesn’t fit your style or you chose the wrong size, you can still return it. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage. We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
3. THE REFUND PROCESS
1. Initiate: Email support@DNEX with your order number.
2. Authorization: Receive your RMA form and the return address.
3. Ship: Pack your items securely and ship them back using a trackable service.
4. Payout: Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
